Ignition™ is the in-depth Accelerator designed specifically for Microsoft partners who are IAMCP members and not currently co-selling with Microsoft designed to enhance their expertise and accelerate growth within the Microsoft ecosystem. This comprehensive program equips partners with the knowledge and tools to effectively leverage Microsoft's resources, programs, and incentives, and start co-selling to generate new revenue streams.

ABOUT THE IGNITION™ ACCELERATOR FOR IAMCP MEMBERS

Ignition™ is a 12-week Accelerator available for qualifying IAMCP members, designed to accelerate readiness to partner with Microsoft, activate benefits and maximize growth potential.

Ignition™ for IAMCP members is a special Microsoft and IAMCP investment to champion strategic alignment and accelerate success of Microsoft partners, who are not currently co-selling with Microsoft, through deep understanding and activation of partner programs, requirements, GTM and sales resources. Participants gain access to monthly office hours to benefit from personalized guidance, address challenges, and ensure continuous progress.

 

HOW TO JOIN

  1. Complete the Assessment.
  2. Upon qualification, receive IAMCP Ignition™ acceptance confirmation and complete commitment agreement.
  3. Begin the 12-week Ignition™ program.

Ignition™ acceptance and confirmations will be emailed on a rolling basis starting on August 26, 2024.

Space is limited to the first 150 accepted IAMCP Members. 

Participants who complete all the required content and steps within 12 weeks of enrollment will have access to all content and monthly office hours through June 30, 2025.

1: What Is the cost for me to join Ignition™?

Ignition™ is valued at over $5,000 per company for 1 participant. Microsoft and IAMCP are sponsoring Ignition™ at no cost for150 qualified Microsoft partners through Microsoft's and IAMCP's generosity.

 

2: What is the time commitment for me and my team to participate in this accelerator?

Ignition™ spans 12 weeks in total, including 10 weeks of new content. Initially, you’ll dedicate approximately 30 minutes to complete an assessment. Following that, a minimum commitment of 2 hours per week is required from each participant, which includes engaging with the online content, participating in office hours, taking action detailed in your handouts, engaging in the community and sharing your progress. 

Participants who complete all the required content and steps within 12 weeks of enrollment will have access to all content and office hours through June 30, 2025.

 Ignition™ offers a comprehensive and immersive 12-week experience designed to enhance your growth with Microsoft. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Digital Sessions: Participate in specialized sessions that cover a wide range of topics, including setting up as a partner, enrolling in relevant programs, navigating Partner Center, understanding the co-sell process, activating incentives and benefits and more. These courses are designed to provide you with a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and actionable strategies to maximize your growth and benefits.
  • Office Hours for Personalized Support: Benefit from dedicated office hours where you can seek personalized advice and support. These sessions are crucial for refining your approach, addressing specific challenges, and receiving expert guidance tailored to your business needs.
  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with fellow partners and industry experts to build relationships, share experiences, and explore potential collaborations that can drive mutual growth and success.
  • Strategically Leverage Microsoft Resources: Access and leverage Microsoft’s vast array of resources, including marketing tools, technical support, data insights, and the Digital Marketing Center. These resources are designed to support your business operations and strategic planning, helping you to maximize your impact in the market.

5. Who can apply to join Ignition™ for IAMCP members?
  • All Microsoft Partner types (ISVs, SIs, CSPs, MSPs, VARs, etc.) who are not currently co-selling today with Microsoft and are committed to accelerating their growth with Microsoft in FY25
  • Small-to-medium sized Microsoft partners who are unmanaged and want to start or optimize their Microsoft partnership
  • Selection and Enrollment upon selection will be limited to companies meeting additional criteria, as requested in the assessment

6. What are key criteria to join?

  • Confirm that you are not currently co-selling today with Microsoft
  • Commit to completing all required content and taking all required steps, such as signing up for various programs, enrolling in incentives and listing offers in the Microsoft Marketplace, within 8 weeks of joining Ignition™. Don't worry, we will walk you through all of these essential processes so that you can maximize your Microsoft partnership!  
  • Invest one resource to be dedicated for 12 weeks to complete content and deliverables
  • Submit wins and participate in amplification opportunities upon notification
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner, including sharing progress snapshots
