This comprehensive program equips partners with the knowledge and tools to effectively leverage Microsoft's resources, programs, and incentives, while developing a rich partner ecosystem to tap into new revenue streams.

The Accelerator also includes foundational information to ensure that your foundations are in place to partner successfully with Microsoft.

ABOUT THE MAXIMIZE & MULTIPLY ACCELERATOR

Maximize & Multiply™ is the 12-week Accelerator available for qualifying Microsoft Partners, designed to accelerate readiness to partner with Microsoft, activate benefits and maximize growth potential, while scaling a company's own partner ecosystem.

Maximize & Multiply is a special Microsoft investment to champion strategic alignment and accelerate success of Microsoft partners through deep understanding of how to unlock new revenue streams and build a successful partnership with Microsoft and its rich ecosystem of customers and partners, while developing their own partner ecosystem for additional growth. Participants gain access to exclusive sessions led by industry experts and benefit from monthly office hours to get personalized guidance, address challenges, and ensure continuous progress.


 

HOW TO JOIN

  1. Complete the Assessment.
  2. Upon qualification, receive Maximize & Multiply™ acceptance confirmation and complete commitment agreement.
  3. Begin the 12-week Maximize & MultiplyAccelerator.

Program acceptance and confirmations will be emailed on a rolling basis.

Space is limited to the first 150 accepted Microsoft Partners. 

Participants who complete all the required content and steps within 12 weeks of enrollment will have access to all content and monthly office hours through June 30, 2025.

1: What Is the cost for me to join the Accelerator?

This accelerator is valued at over $5,000 per company and is available at no cost to 150 qualified Microsoft partners through Microsoft's generosity.

 

2: What is the time commitment for me and my team to participate in this accelerator?

The accelerator spans 12 weeks in total. Initially, you’ll dedicate approximately 30 minutes to complete an assessment. Following that, a minimum commitment of 2 hours per week is required from each participant, which includes engaging with the online content, participating in office hours, taking action detailed in your handouts, engaging in the community and sharing your progress. 

Participants who complete all the required content and steps within 12 weeks of enrollment will have access to office hours through June 30, 2025.

The Microsoft Maximize and Multiply Accelerator offers a comprehensive and immersive 12-week experience designed to enhance your growth with Microsoft. Here’s what you can expect during the accelerator:

  1. Digital Sessions: Participate in specialized sessions that cover a wide range of topics, including setting up as a partner, enrolling in relevant programs, navigating Partner Center, understanding the co-sell process, activating incentives and benefits and more. These courses are designed to provide you with a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and actionable strategies to maximize your benefits, as well as building your own partner ecosystem.
  2. Office Hours for Personalized Support: Benefit from dedicated office hours where you can seek personalized advice and support. These sessions are crucial for refining your approach, addressing specific challenges, and receiving expert guidance tailored to your business needs.
  3. Expert Sessions: Attend sessions featuring speakers from Microsoft and successful partners who will cover key topics, share insights, and provide real-world examples of successful strategies. These expert sessions will offer valuable perspectives and advanced knowledge to enhance your understanding and capabilities.
  4. Networking Opportunities: Connect with fellow partners and industry experts to build relationships, share experiences, and explore potential collaborations that can drive mutual growth and success.
  5. Strategically Leverage Microsoft Resources: Access and leverage Microsoft’s vast array of resources, including marketing tools, technical support, data insights, and the Digital Marketing Center. Over these 12 weeks, you’ll gain invaluable insights, skills, and connections, setting you on a path to significantly enhance your market presence and sales success in collaboration with Microsoft while maximizing your benefits and incentives and building out your own partner ecosystem. 

 

5. Who can apply to join the Accelerator?
  • All Microsoft Partner types (ISVs, SIs, CSPs, MSPs, VARs, etc.) who also meet the following criteria:

    1. For ISVs: Commit to having at least 1 transactable listing in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace or in AppSource and be Co-Sell Eligible 
    2. For SIs: Commit to having at least 1 Solutions Partner Designation and 1 transactable listing in the Microsoft Marketplace

    Enrollment will be limited to companies meeting additional criteria, as requested in the assessment.

6. What are the criteria to join?

  • Commit to completing all required content and taking all required steps. Don't worry, we will walk you through all of these essential processes so that you can maximize your Microsoft partnership!  
  • Invest one resource to be dedicated for 12 weeks to complete content and deliverables
  • Submit wins and participate in amplification opportunities upon notification or proactively
  • Additional selection criteria
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner, including sharing progress snapshots
